- Kick-starting the financial statement process and the audit of a company with approximately 50 group companies;
- Revision of the process for monitoring and collecting trade receivables for a company with an annual revenue of around €200 million;
- The development and the implementation of a new system and procedures for the allocation of the IT expenses of a large asset manager (annually around € 50 million);
- The development of various new management reports and the periodical discussion of these reports with stakeholders;
- Leading a team and reviewing their work on the preparation of around 25 annual financial statements of investment funds (approximately € 8 billion of assets under management). Also guiding the audit of these funds by the external auditor;
